Kegiatan ini melibatkan seluruh perangkat desa, warga desa serta kelompok pemuda desa, dimana dalam sektor ekonomi akan dilaksanakan budidaya kepiting, sektor wisata dengan penanaman mangrove di wilayah pesisir pantai yang telah berjalan, serta sektor kesehatan dengan peningkatan kualitas kesehatan warga desa binaan dengan fasilitas Balai Pengobatan Lanal Simeulue sebagai pelayanan bermutu.
