Police Arranges Hundreds of CCTVs to Track Situation Kaesang – Erina Reception

Indonesia, Surakarta – MRN: The Central Java Regional Police, along with relevant agencies, will be closely monitoring the situation in Surakarta city during the wedding ceremony of Kaesang and Erina at Mangkunegaran Temple using hundreds of CCTV cameras.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Regional Police, Police Chief Commissioner Iqbal Alqudusy, has confirmed the strategic placement of these CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the community during the event.

These cameras are strategically positioned in various locations and are all linked to the Solo Smart City control center,” stated Police Chief Commissioner Iqbal on Monday (5/12/2022).

In the event of any incidents such as traffic congestion, large crowds, or other emergencies, rapid response teams will be dispatched immediately to address the situation.

“Our officers will swiftly respond to any issues that may arise,” he added.

The police have deployed thousands of personnel to key locations in Surakarta to address potential traffic congestion.

In order to address potential traffic jams, the police have stationed an analysis team at five City Police (Polresta) Surakarta police stations. Equipped with advanced communication devices, they are prepared to take action at a moment’s notice.

Kombes Iqbal reported that the Solo Smart City back office has projected that on Sunday (11/12/2022), the majority of vehicles may be concentrated at several locations.

“There are 6,250 vehicles on the Gendengan, Sriwedari, Ngapeman, Ngarsopuro, Nonongan, Gladag, and Pasar Gede routes,” he said. Additionally, Kombes Iqbal mentioned, “For other routes, there are approximately 3,000 vehicles.”

“Quick response will provide 15 units of ambulances, 8 units of fire engines, and 9 units of patrol cars, which are available for immediate mobilization,” he added.
