Mediarilisnusantara.com, Jakarta – Pemerintah berkomitmen kebutuhan energi, khususnya bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dapat tersedia dengan cukup, mudah di akses dan harganya terjangkau bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia.
Hari ini, Kamis (24/8/2023), Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas) bersama badan usaha penugasan secara serentak meresmikan 29 penyalur BBM Satu Harga yang dipusatkan di empat lokasi yaitu di wilayah Natuna, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, Bengkulu Selatan, Provinsi Bengkulu, Sumba Barat Daya, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, dan Jayapura, Provinsi Papua. Peresmian ini menjadi kado indah kemerdekaan bagi masyarakat yang mendiami wilayah 3T.
“Masih dalam semangat Hari Kemerdekaan Indonesia, melalui program BBM Satu Harga diharapkan daerah di luar Jawa dapat menikmati BBM yang harganya sama dengan di pulau Jawa. Sehingga, keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia dapat terwujud. Juga, memberikan multiplier effect terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah,” ujar Kepala BPH Migas Erika Retnowati ketika meresmikan BBM Satu Harga di Natuna, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.
Program BBM Satu Harga bertujuan untuk mewujudkan ketersediaan, kemudahan akses dan keterjangkauan harga BBM, terutama di daerah 3T di wilayah Indonesia.
Kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi dengan menggerakkan sektor-sektor ekonomi domestik masyarakat, penghematan pengeluaran BBM yang diharapkan diikuti dengan penurunan harga sembako, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesehatan. “Selain itu, berdampak positif bagi perekonomian serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat,” tambahnya.
Program BBM Satu Harga telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2017 dan ditargetkan pada 2024 berhasil dibangun 583 penyalur BBM Satu Harga. Hingga Agustus 2023, telah terbangun 461 penyalur dengan perincian: Sumatera 70 penyalur, Kalimantan 101 penyalur, Jawa dan Madura 3 penyalur, Bali 2 penyalur, Sulawesi 48 penyalur, Nusa Tenggara 80 penyalur, serta Maluku dan Papua 157 penyalur.
“Untuk tahun 2023, ditargetkan terbangun 89 penyalur dan hingga bulan Agustus berhasil dibangun sebanyak 38 penyalur BBM Satu Harga,” tambah Erika.
Kepala BPH Migas menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada Pemerintah Daerah, badan usaha penugasan, dan seluruh stakeholder terkait yang secara bersama-sama terus mengawal pelaksanaan program ini agar dapat terwujud sesuai dengan target.
“Dengan dukungan berbagai pihak, BPH Migas optimis Program BBM Satu Harga dapat mencapai target yang ditetapkan, memberi manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat, guna mewujudkan keadilan energi bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia,” pungkas Erika.
Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan mengatakan, amanah penyaluran BBM Satu Harga adalah bentuk kontribusi Pertamina dalam menyediakan energi hingga pelosok negeri, atau masuk ke dalam komitmen availability, accessibility, affordability, acceptability, serta sustainability.
“Penyediaan BBM Satu Harga adalah bentuk kemerdekaan energi serta energi berkeadilan bagi saudara kita diwilayah 3T. Pertamina Patra Niaga sendiri bangga menyalurkan energi hingga wilayah 3T, yang dibeberapa tempat bahkan memerlukan berbagai moda transportasi baik darat, air, dan udara sebelum BBM bisa dinikmati Masyarakat,” jelas Riva.
Riva turut memberikan apresiasi kepada BPH Migas, serta Pemerintah Daerah dalam mendukung kelancaran penyaluran BBM ke seluruh lembaga penyalur di wilayah 3T.
“Keberhasilan Pertamina Patra Niaga menyediakan BBM bagi saudara-saudara kita di wilayah 3T tidak terlepas dari peranan BPH Migas dan Pemerintah Daerah. Peresmian ini hanya langkah awal, kedepan kami harap koordinasi erat terus dilakukan guna memastikan distribusi BBM dapat berjalan dengan maksimal, tepat waktu, tepat jumlah, dan tepat kualitas dalam rangka sinergi mewujudkan akses energi terjangkau bagi Masyarakat,” tukas Riva.
Peresmian BBM Satu Harga di Natuna, dihadiri oleh Kepala BPH Migas Erika Retnowati dan Anggota Komite BPH Migas Abdul Halim, serta Sampe L. Purba dari Komite Audit Kementerian ESDM.
Acara dipusatkan di SPBU 16297033 di Kecamatan Bunguran Utara, Kabupaten Natuna, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Peresmian ini mewakili 7 penyalur BBM Satu Harga di Bunguran Utara (Natuna), Tulin Onsoi (Nunukan), Krayan Barat (Nunukan), Embaloh Hulu (Kapuas Hulu), Jelai Hulu (Ketapang), Montallat (Barito Utara), Kapuas Kuala (Kapuas).
Sementara peresmian BBM Satu Harga di Bengkulu, dipusatkan di SPBU 2638516 di Kecamatan Ulu Manna, Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, Provinsi Bengkulu. Hadir dalam peresmian ini, Anggota Komite BPH Migas Harya Adityawarman dan Iwan Prasetya Adhi. Peresmian ini mewakili 4 SPBU di Ulu Manna (Bengkulu Selatan), Anggrek (Gorontalo Utara), Kepulauan Sangkarrang (Makassar) dan Walea Besar (Tojo Una Una).
Untuk peresmian penyalur BBM Satu Harga di Sumba, dipusatkan di SPBU 5687211 di Kecamatan Wewewa Selatan, Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Peresmian ini mewakili 8 penyalur di Nanga Panda (Ende), Wewewa Selatan (Sumba Barat Daya), Kakuluk Mesak (Belu), Kilo (Dompu), Sekongkang (Sumbawa Barat), Solor Barat (Flores Timur), dan Amarasi Barat (Kupang), serta Amanuban Timur (Timor Tengah Selatan). Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut, Anggota Komite BPH Migas Basuki Trikora Putra dan Saleh Abdurrahman.
Sedangkan penyalur BBM Satu Harga di Papua, peresmiannya dipusatkan di Terminal BBM Pertamina Jayapura, Kota Jayapura, Provinsi Papua.
Peresmian ini mewakili 10 penyalur di Amberbaken (Tambrauw), Bikar (Tambrauw), Iwur (Pengunungan Bintang), Windesi (Teluk Wondam), Ekadide (Painiai), Kuari (Tolikara), Homeyo (Intan Jaya), Demba (Warope), Aifat Timur Tengah (Maybrat), Embetpem (Nduga).
